PastorCare Southwest includes Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona. In this region there are big cities like Dallas, Houston, Albuquerque, Tucson and Phoenix as well as literally hundreds of small towns and villages. In nearly every one of these cities, town and villages there are pastors who need encouragement and guidance. Burney Heath, Southwest Regional Director, along with his wife, Sandy, has a passion to minister to pastors, church staff members, and their families. With more than 55 years of ministry experience, Burney and Sandy have a wealth of knowledge and experience from which to draw in ministering to those who are hurting.

 

“I believe God has used the past years of ministry, both in church staff positions and as a senior pastor, to prepare me for this vital ministry to those who are hurting, need encouragement and assistance. In 2004 I retired from the church I had pastored for nearly eleven years to begin working full time with PastorCare. Since that time we have had the privilege to talk with, minister to and pray for numerous pastors across the Southwest. We continually pray for opportunities to make contact with God’s servants who need someone to walk with them through tough times and listen to their hearts.
